You wear the pendant on your wrist or around your neck.  If you need assistance you press the button on the pendant and this sends a signal to the MePACS response team, who will then call you within 2 minutes.  

There is no need to pick up the phone – our operators will speak to you through the MePACS base unit which is installed in your home, assess the situation and then send help or call the nominated contact person. We then stay in contact with you until we know you're okay.

In the event of a fall or accident - you can rely on us to provide the right support day or night.

All pendant activations are responded to within 2 minutes.
