Products and Services

We care for our clients 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year.

By wearing a light-weight, waterproof pendant, either around your neck or on your wrist you are connected to our 24/7 response centre. With MePACS you can rely on us to be there for you whilst you continue to live an active independent lifestyle – in the comfort of your own home.

If you choose the 24/7 Response Service Plus you will need to press the daily call button on your alarm unit between 6am - 11am each day to let us know you are up and about.  If we don't hear from you by 11am we will contact you to check you're okay.
