Hear from our clients

It’s been really helpful to have funding from the South Australian Government.

I chose MePACS through the PAASA scheme because I wanted a smart watch with automatic fall detection and GPS technology – something that I could wear on my wrist while I’m out, but you wouldn’t know it was a personal alarm.
Leo
PAASA client
My watch alarm is covered by NDIS funding, and it just goes through my support.

It’s just a life changer, knowing that someone is there for me. If I get frightened, shocked or something happens, or I’m collapsing because my sugar level suddenly drops, I know I can just call MePACS.
Wayne
NDIS client
I think the response team is the best thing about MePACS, because that gives you a sense of security to know somebody is going to respond very quickly and you don’t have to explain yourself too much.
They have my medical details on file, so I know they can tell emergency services on my behalf – that’s very reassuring.
