The 3G network is currently being phased out by the network providers and will be completely switched off by June 2024.
If you have a MePACS 3G Home Alarm, it will no longer work after the 3G network has been switched off. This is why we are upgrading all 3G Home Alarms to the newer 4G system.
The upgrade will be conducted by MePACS technicians and is completely free of charge.
Your 3G Home Alarm will continue to work as normal until the upgrade, so please do not move or disconnect the alarm.
A MePACS technician will take care of the upgrade for you and make sure the upgrade is completed before June 2024.
